EM3028
Our revolutionary ultra-low-power precision Real-Time-Clock in an 14pin TSSOP package. Battery backup and user EEPROM. No excuses for time loss.
Ultra-Low Power RTC
The EM3028 is an extremely low-power high precision RTC with battery backup and additional user EEPROM memory. Its unique feature set makes it the perfect choice for system power management without ever loosing the time.
With an unmatched 45nA current consumption in precision timekeeping mode the EM3028 extends the battery life time and the usage of cheap ceramic capacitors while in power backup mode.
Time accuracy is crucial in synchronization and for precision wake-up and sleep intervals. The 1ppm calibration possibility guarantees a 30sec precision over 1 year.
The full RTC configuration is available from power-up. No CPU intervention needed. Critical application parameters can be saved directly on the RTC EEPROM and are never lost. Reduce BOM cost as no extra data memory IC is needed.
