Rugged Long-Life Beacon
The EMBP family is a pair of compact, fully encapsulated Bluetooth Low Energy v5.0 beacons designed for harsh industrial environments. Epoxy-potted and IP67-rated, it delivers reliable long-term operation on assets, pallets, tools, and equipment exposed to dust, moisture, and impact.
The EMBP01 variant integrates an ultra-low-power accelerometer, enabling motion-based activation, shock detection, and simple condition-monitoring functions, and a baseline temperature sensor. The EMBP20 variant offers the same rugged, long-life BLE platform without the accelerometer and temperature sensor, ideal for cost-optimized applications where motion sensing is not required.
Both variants are built on the programmable EM9304 BLE SoC, supporting standard and custom beacon formats as well as lightweight edge-side intelligence.

At just 22×32×5.5 mm and available with industrial adhesive, the EMBP beacons install quickly and consistently across large fleets of assets, pallets, and equipment—ideal when you’re deploying thousands at a time.
A high-contrast QR code provides rapid optical scanning for setup and association. It cuts provisioning time dramatically and practically eliminates asset-to-beacon mismatches during large-scale rollouts.
Built to stay working. Multi-year battery life, rugged encapsulation, and stable BLE 5.0 performance mean fewer failures, fewer onsite interventions, and dependable tracking across every asset and environment.
The EMBP family can be tuned to match the needs of your application—packet formats, motion behavior, broadcast cadence, and more—without redesigns or hardware variants. OTA updates keep deployments aligned with evolving requirements.
